For Non-Emergency conditions call Security directly.
Stay calm, give Security your name, cottage number
and the nature of the emergency.

• MEDICAL and NON-MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
1. Security will page the appropriate responder and all available maintenance staff to respond to the emergency.
2. Security will remain at the main entrance to direct and/or escort incoming emergency vehicles.

Emergency Supplies are available at the Administration office (flashlights, walkie talkies,
safety vests, first aid kit, stretcher and life saving ring). These will be stored in the
Administration builidng hallway in an enclosed bin labeled "EMERGENCY SUPPLIES".

Automated External Defibrillators are located at the Security office, and in the
Administration building hallway.

NON-EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN

FOR FIRE, FLOOD, TOXIC SPILL OR EVACUATION

• When a non medical emergency occurs, such as a pending fire, flood, toxic spill or
evacuation, the Security Truck will travel the Resort and sound the SIREN.
This is to alert everyone to come to the Tee Garden immediately for further instructions and information.

1. Sandbagging – may be required with directions to proceed to the garbage bin area and/or berm.

2. Fire Fighting – brooms, shovels, may be required and help may be dispatched to the affected area. The Resort water truck and hoses will also be dispatched.

3. Evacuation – in the event that we may need to evacuate there will be 3 routes depending on where the emergency is:

a) FRONT GATE

b) WEST - along road allowance between Lots 324 and 325 on Antelope and up the hill.

c) EAST - along road allowance between Lots 22 and 23 on Crowfoot to the berm at the east end by the Blue Bridge.

• Resort Captains will check all cabins in their designated area.
• Traffic Captains, identified by orange safety vests, will be dispatched to their appropriate assigned posts and will direct traffic accordingly.
• Proceed to Muster Area as directed at the Milo Park and/or Blackfoot Crossing Interpretive Centre.
• Emergency Supplies are available at Administration office (flashlights, walkie talkies, safety vests, first aid kit, stretcher and life saving ring). These supplies will be stored in the Administration building hallway in an enclosed bin labeled "EMERGENCY SUPPLIES".

When the siren sounds PROMPTLY proceed to the Tee Garden.
